Save Cothill Pitt panoramic view

Here is a panoramic view of the place. Use the arrows to turn and look around. Cothill Pitt is a beautiful place of open green space lying in the Oxford's precious Green Belt. It has high ecological value and fosters many rare species of butterflies and moths. It is a habitat of the Small Blue Butterfly whose only food plant, kidney vetch, requires the thin sandy soil to grow.

Cothill Pitt has now been designated a Local Wildlife Site and is termed Hitchcopse South Sandpit.
